Richard Kraus focuses his practice on representing airlines, commercial shipping companies and their insurers on a wide range of personal injury, premises liability, property damage and breach-of-contract litigation.
In 2016 he earned a Juris Doctorate magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to that, he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with honors from the University of Chicago as well as a Master of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Before joining the firm, his practice included Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation, employment discrimination class-action law, health insurance ERISA class-action law, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
