Sreya Bhattaru represents clients in commercial litigation and contractual disputes and has experience handling a variety of complex civil matters. Her work includes defending and counseling clients in cases requiring strategic evaluation of liability, contractual obligations, and dispute resolution.
Ms. Bhattaru earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she was recognized as a Dean’s Scholar and an Oliver Ellsworth Scholar. During law school, she served on the Mock Trial Team and participated in the Criminal Defense Clinic. Prior to law school, she graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy with honors.
Ms. Bhattaru’s background includes both in-house and private practice experience, with a focus on matters involving life insurance and annuities, intellectual property, and civil litigation. She has developed a strong foundation in managing complex claims and analyzing contractual issues through all stages of litigation.
