Daniella B. Sims represents clients in commercial litigation and contractual disputes, with experience handling a broad range of complex civil matters. Her practice includes defending and counseling clients in cases requiring strategic evaluation of liability, contractual obligations, and dispute resolution.

Ms. Sims earned her Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School, where she served as Vice President of her class for two years. While in law school, she was an Editor on the Tulane Maritime Law Journal and a member of the Tulane Domestic Violence Clinic. As a student attorney, she worked with the Women’s Prison Project and represented survivors of intimate partner violence before the Louisiana Pardon and Parole Board. Ms. Sims also served as a Dean Rufus Harris Peer Fellow and was a recipient of the Tulane Honor Scholarship.

Ms. Sims received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy, with a minor in Sociology, from Tulane University. During her undergraduate studies, she spent a semester at University College London, where she specialized in Global Politics.

Ms. Sims gained experience in commercial litigation, maritime law, arbitration and mediation, and government service, including internships with a judicial chamber and the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office.
