Keith Yamaguchi maintains a national practice litigating product liability, aviation, transportation, and subrogation cases in many state and federal court jurisdictions. As part of Mr. Yamaguchi’s aviation practice, he has defended general aviation clients in product liability and chemical drift cases, and commercial aviation clients in multi-jurisdictional product liability, mass tort and antitrust litigation. Additionally, Mr. Yamaguchi has represented insurers and reinsurers in subrogation cases involving hull losses. He has also represented and defended corporate clients in motor vehicle litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Yamaguchi was a Senior Structural Engineer at Pratt and Whitney Aircraft Division of United Technologies Corporation for ten years. At Pratt & Whitney, Mr. Yamaguchi evaluated the structural integrity of internal and external components of commercial aircraft turbofan engines; investigated accidents and incidents involving commercial aircraft; and developed industry proposals for regulatory changes to engine mount design criteria. Mr. Yamaguchi’s education and practical experience as an engineer in the aerospace manufacturing industry enable him to provide valuable insight and support to the firm’s aviation practice.
